The challenge

Design packs were assembled by hand across CAD, spreadsheets and a separate permitting system. Each suburb took roughly six weeks, and as-built drift meant the record and the ground disagreed within months.

What we built

A single spatial model in PostGIS with automatic LLD generation, permit drawing packs produced from the same source, and field capture reconciling back into the design.
