Agreement

Using the platform means accepting these terms, whether as a trial, a subscription, or under a separate enterprise agreement.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, pro-rated.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to compromise the service, and no reselling access without a written agreement.

Your data

You retain ownership of everything you upload. We hold a limited licence to process it in order to provide the service.

Availability

Uptime commitments are set per plan. Enterprise agreements carry a formal SLA with remedies.

Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the agreement. You may export your data before and for a defined period after termination.
